Sensible Horsemanship Lessons
This is the year to get in Shape. What does it take to get in Shape? Thankfully, it is not about loosing weight. The Sensible Horsemanship way of getting in Shape is designed for success. We all know that to get in Shape physically, you must do exercises in small increments, building up to a strong, athletic body that moves gracefully and confidently through whatever is asked of you for that day.
That is why I have called my new program S.H.A.P.E. It stands for Sensible Horsemanship's Application of Progressive Exercises. It is designed to give you exercises in small increments so you and your horse can building up strong, athletic bodies that move gracefully through whatever is asked of you for that day. If you are consistent and follow the exercises, you will improve your confidence and gain control of your own body as well as your horse's in ways you didn't know was possible.
The course will be every other Sat, for 5 or 10 sessions. Each session will be 4 hours (9:00-1:00) and the price will be reduced from normal lessons. Each group will be limited to 5 students.
I am very excited about S.H.A.P.E. as it is a way to get in the sessions and practice necessary to really make a change in your horse and help you get the connection that lasts a lifetime. So come get in S.H.A.P.E. with us and let's have some fun.
